High-volume air filters, also known as W-type or V-type filters, are commonly used in central air conditioning and centralized ventilation systems. In many applications, they can be interchangeable with bag filters. Compared to bag filters, high-volume filters occupy less space but are slightly more expensive.
Efficiency: 60%–65%, 80%–85%, 90%–95%, 98% (colorimetric method, F6–F9).
Typical Dimensions: Nominal size 610*610 mm, actual frame size 592*592 mm, depth 292 mm.
Rated Airflow: 3400 m³/h.
Filter Media: Glass fiber filter paper, polypropylene fiber filter paper.
Frame: Plastic, galvanized steel sheet.
Separators between filter media: Hot melt adhesive, thread.
Filters using polypropylene fiber filter paper have a relatively lower dust holding capacity, with a service life only half that of glass fiber filters. However, polypropylene fiber filters are more affordable and the filter media is more durable. Mini-pleat low-resistance filters are made from imported low-resistance filter materials. Compared to standard high-efficiency filters, they offer advantages such as low resistance, high efficiency, lightweight design, reduced building height requirements, and compact净化 equipment plenum chambers. They are suitable for purifying ambient air under normal temperature and pressure conditions, particularly in cleanrooms that require high coverage efficiency with high-efficiency air filters.
